Will you place banner or advertisement on my site?
HostCabin.com does not require customers to place our banner ads on your site.

Do you offer tech support every day?
Yes, 24/7 tech support available via helpdesk system or emergency email and fax system.

Do you offer 24 hours phone support?
HostCabin.com are able to keep our prices lowest in the industry, because we do not support on-site and telephone support to our customers. Do be assured that HostCabin.com will response to your technical request in a timely manner via email within less then 1-6 hours.

Can I access my site without placing the www.?
Yes, you can access your web site with or without the www.

Do you host foreign domain names?
Yes, all domain names will work with HostCabin.com accounts.

Do you support Java-servlets (JSP)?
No.

Do you support Active Server Pages (ASP) application?
Unfortunately, we do not support ASP at this time due to the fact that we only host our customer on LINUX servers.

How fast are your connections?
We employ multiple OC-12 lines.

Do you offer any databases?
Yes, we have MySQL installed with an online interface for managing your database.

Do you actively monitor and manage your network 24/7?
Yes we do. We monitor our network, on site and remotely, constantly. If something happens to your site or our servers, we will know about it immediately.

Do I have 24/7 access to my account(s)?
Yes, All of our customers have full access to their account(s) every day, all day
